#Pens vs #Sens – Let’s go for TWO!!

Hey Pens fans!
It’s that time of the year again. The regular season is over. Another Penguin player has won ANOTHER trophy. Playoffs are getting ready to get started. You know, the usual.
But one question still remains? When is the NHLtweetup?
Good question – This is something I have been going back and forth with. Do we do it on Wednesday night, the opening night? There is something special about the opening night. Everyone is undefeated and everyone is convinced this is their year. But it’s in the middle of the week and getting off work and over to the tweetup is sometimes difficult. Plus a lot of our regulars will be at the game.
So how about Sunday for Game 3? Nice end to the weekend. More people will be able to make it. But what if the Pens have lost a game or two? Not exactly a festive atmosphere.
So what should we do? I know! Let’s do both!!
Now everyone has a chance of making it to at least one of the tweetups if not both!
So here’s the details:
NHLtweetup – Game 1
WHAT: NHLtweetup – Pittsburgh, Stanley Cup Playoffs 2010 Edition
WHEN: Wednesday, April 14th – Game 1 for Pens vs Senators
TIME: 6:00pm – 10pm (Game starts at 7pm)
WHERE: TribTron in front of Mellon Arena
NHLtweetup – Game 3
WHAT: NHLtweetup – Pittsburgh, Stanley Cup Playoffs 2010 Edition
WHEN: Sunday, April 18th – Game 3 for Pens vs Senators
TIME: 5:30pm – 9pm (Game starts at 6:30pm)
WHERE: TGI Friday’s in the Waterfront (official sponsor of the Pittsburgh Penguins). They have a huge bar area, lots of seating, and lots of big screen tvs to watch the game on.
